Hi MT, I have been visiting your link for a while now and I should say that most of your recipes remaind me of my mom's authentic recipes.I tried the karadayan nonbu adai and the traditional sweet kozhukattai and it came out excellent. My native town being Chidambaram I was obviously thrilled to see the kothsu recipe. My mom makes yuummy kothsu with idly and the arisi uppuma is my all time favorite tiffin item. Thanks for all your lovely recipes!
